The perfect combination of all our favourite things – coffee and cream. This drink is something as close to pure heaven as possible. It’s simple to make and easy to enjoy so why would you say no?
Serves 1
- 35.5ml cold espresso.
- 71ml Merrys Irish Cream Liqueur.
To serve
- Fill a large tumbler or glass of your choice with ice.
- Pour cold espresso over ice.
- Add Merrys Irish Cream Liqueur and stir.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of finely grated chocolate.
