Parlour Coffee

The perfect combination of all our favourite things – coffee and cream. This drink is something as close to pure heaven as possible. It’s simple to make and easy to enjoy so why would you say no?

Serves 1

  • 35.5ml cold espresso.
  • 71ml Merrys Irish Cream Liqueur.

To serve

  • Fill a large tumbler or glass of your choice with ice.
  • Pour cold espresso over ice.
  • Add Merrys Irish Cream Liqueur and stir.
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of finely grated chocolate.
